One RV parking spot on the lot plus one additional vehicle and golf cart. No boat trailers are allowed on the RV lots. Extra vehicles/trailers can be parked in the overflow lot near the entrance. Please see the front security gate for additional parking options. Fees may apply.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome! Up to 2 pets are permitted per site and you have an obligation to pick up after your pets. Please clean up after your pets and be respectful of neighboring lots and barking. Pets are not permitted in Venture Out’s common areas and should not be walked or allowed onto other owners’ lots, as the resort may issue fines for violations. A designated dog-walking area is available just outside Venture Out. Please note that these are Venture Out community rules rather than IslandStay policies. Venture Out also restricts certain aggressive dog breeds.

Site was huge as it was able to accommodate our Class A rv and full size suv with plenty of room. Views were beautiful as right on the canal. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our dog loved being outside on the site sitting by the water. The owners made the whole process so easy as were there to answer any questions we may have had before arriving as well as during our stay. Will be back again.
